My first time there was amazing. I did have to wait a little longer but once they took care of me it was pleasant. I went for a hurting tooth removal. Dentist and staff super sweet and caring.

I've had the best impressions of this place since my first visit, when I was very scared about a dental emergency. They made me feel super comfortable and calm. Today, at my second visit, I left even happier with the care and the people who work here. From the doctor who treated me, the assistants Melissa and Jessica, the hygienist, to the front desk staff, all of them were wonderful. If I could give it 10 stars, I would because this place deserves them.

Sense Dental provided an excellent experience; their phone team was very kind and helpful from the first call, explaining everything clearly and making the scheduling process super easy; when I arrived at the clinic, the staff was welcoming and professional; the doctor took the time to explain my treatment options and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit; the office is clean, organized and modern; I truly recommend Sense Dental for their great customer service and high-quality care.

As a first time mom and not knowing what to expect and wanting the best for my daughter , this was the best choice ever ! . They were super kind , fun, gentle , supportive and patient to my 3 year old toddler daughter . Kindly explaining what will get done . Making us feel welcomed and comfortable from the beginning to finish . Also being clean and neat . My toddler had so much fun and wasn’t scared at all . She didn’t even mind not holding my hand she was super comfortable. My toddler wants to go back again lol 😆 Thank you so much to all !

I’m so happy I found this dental office! After a bad experience elsewhere in the U.S., I was honestly nervous to see another dentist — but this place completely changed that. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet, from the front desk to the doctors. The dentists were super patient and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. The whole atmosphere was calm and warm — I felt safe, respected, and like I was in good hands. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease again.

Office staff was amazing and Dental staff was also thorough and honest. Last year i I went to Sage Dental in Winter Park, they advised me that I had cavities in my wisdom teeth and needed them removed. They also said I needed a deep clean, which was not covered with insurance for a total cost of over $2500. I came to Sense Dental Center today and guess what, teeth are healthy, no cavities and only need a regular cleaning, paid a total $140 with insurance. Glad I didn't get my teeth removed. Im also glad that i found Sense. I feel very confident with the staff with their abilities and honesty.

Excellent experience! The doctors are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. The facility is super nice—very clean, modern, and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and attentive. Recently moved to Winter Park, I'll be honest one of the most anxious experiences is finding a new Dental Care. This center really took care of me. A fine group of professionals who value care and concern. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone in the area. Im blown away by the customer service as well as the ability of these professionals. Also very efficient. As a new patient i expect an hour alone for the cleaning. I got a cleaning and X-Ray done in a timely manner. Highly rated for the quality and efficacy of this Center.
